Our busy furniture company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Customer Service Representative and Billing Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring prompt service and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive attitude.
The jobs will include but are not limited to:
· Answering phones either to take a payment, answer inquiries or dispatch call to correct department.
· Handling and counting cash at a quick pace
· Collection calls on past due accounts daily
· Quickly and accurately processing sales and finance contracts
· Basic filing and alphabetical duties
· Accurately entering customer information into the computer and verifying the information to be correct.
Good phone etiquette, computer skills, organization skills, ability to multitask and familiarity with counting back change is very important. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.
