Brookdale West Ashley is looking for a Part Time Receptionist 

Hours Needed: Every Friday from 8am-1:30pm and Every other Weekend Saturday/Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-7pm

This position is responsible for greeting all visitors at the front desk along with answering and directing the phone calls in a warm professional manner. This position will also be responsible for other duties as delivering the community mail to residents, filing, typing as needed and other duties as specified in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
• May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

What it takes to be a Receptionist at Brookdale:
