Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and drive sales
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technical, retail, or wireless sales preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail/sneaker sales is advantageous
