BronxWorks helps individuals and families improve their economic and social well-being. From toddlers to seniors, we feed, shelter, teach, and support our neighbors to build a stronger community. BronxWorks has provided homeless outreach in the Bronx via contracts with the NYC Department of Homeless Services since 1995. Our outreach team cavasses the Bronx 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to identify and engage street homeless individuals and connect them to services, with the ultimate goal of ending their homelessness.
