Salary: $21-25 / hour

Job Description: Brody Brothers is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor (CSR Team Lead) for our Owings Mills office. If you have a calm demeanor, prior call-center supervisory experience, and thrive in resolving issues in a fast-paced environment, read on!

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
  • Work directly with the Customer Experience Manager and our other customer service supervisor to track and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
  • Supervise daily tasks, answer high-level service questions, and serve as a point of escalation.
  • Optimize routes, respond to customer complaints, and handle emergency situations.
  • Implement reporting processes, track metrics, and identify efficiencies.
  • Interact with customers via phone/email, provide support, and offer information on products/services.
  • Oversee statements, invoicing, billing, and account setups for accuracy.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional company projects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and people skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 10 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • 5 years of call-center management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in pressured situations.
