Position- Strategic Communication and change consultant
Location- Washington DC (Hybrid)

Activities include:

· Provide specific communications and change expertise for projects requiring high-level analytical assignments

· Perform change management tasks independently, and direct the efforts of others

· Participate in or lead the development of communications deliverables and content

· Anticipate client change management needs and formulate solutions to client issues

· Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

· Review and write proposals

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of consulting experience

· Demonstrated ability to write and present clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

· Ability to obtain security clearance

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

· Federal government contracting experience

· Change management experience

Preferred:

· DoD experience

· Master’s in Business, communications, or journalism

· Prior consulting experience

· Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

· Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
