Here's what you'll do:

• This position will involve training to be a generator rotor assembler.
• The rotor assembly process involves installing various parts, from small handheld components to working with others to install large shrunk parts that are heated for either assembly or disassembly.
• There is also the possibility of becoming certified in unique processes, such as operating the curing furnace.
• The duties will also include disassembling the same type of components.
• Additional duties include installing other related components and cleaning parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
• Mark and tag components as needed to ensure proper record keeping of process steps and to identify where certain parts need to be installed.
• Installation techniques will involve positioning, aligning, and custom-fitting various components.
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers once you become experienced.

• Hours: 8/40 Hrs/WK 3rd Shift.
• Length: Temp (11 Months).

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Industrial.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Quick learner, approachable, and a clear communicator with solid mechanical aptitude skills
• This will require the ability to work to written instructions, be familiar with the use of a computer, have a focused mindset with attention to detail, work in teams, have an approachable attitude, accept constructive feedback, and have clear communication skills.
