Broadcast Music, Inc is Hiring a Senior Director/Director Sales Near Nashville, TN
Position SummaryManages all aspects of team sales efforts including, universe of prospective customers, existing customers and key accounts. Ensure continuing new business market penetration and preservation/growth of customer base.
LOCATIONNashville, TN office. BMI has transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, most team members are expected in the office three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding future transitions will take place in phases as BMI continues to closely monitor COVID-19 as employee safety is our priority.

Position Qualification RequirementsEducation: Master’s Degree equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years’ sales management experience preferred. Sales, negotiation and collections experience required.

- Develops sales strategies and plans to focus on market penetration, forecasts revenue and limits the number of collection accounts.
- Assists in formulating department objectives.
- Develops and implements the telephony infrastructure, including campaign structures, database and information system integration.
- Establishes standards for call handling, service level criteria and performance monitoring measures.
- Sets goals and objectives for the team.
- Monitors the overall effectiveness of the team and reports to department management.
- Develops, implements and supervises the renewal/collection processes within the team.
- Responsible for specific performance areas within the team as assigned by upper management'

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of licensing products and licensing process
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of BMI General Licensing
- Selling, negotiating and collection skills
- Sales management experience required
