Overview

A family of five, based in Georgia, are seeking a proactive live-in mother’s helper for their 3 girls (aged 9, 12 and 14-years-old). The schedule will be flexible, though will be a guaranteed 40 hours, and these hours will generally depend on the girls’ schedules (they are home-schooled and BAHS placed their current educator). 

The successful candidate will be replacing the family’s current mother’s helper, who has been with the family for 11 years. Local candidates will be provided with their own bedroom/bathroom during the week and out of state candidates who are relocating for the role will be provided with their own apartment on property.

Candidates should be able to wear multiple hats and responsibilities will pertain first and foremost to everything and anything child-related (e.g. organizing closets, keeping the children’s area tidy, updating wardrobes, packing and unpacking for trips, laundry, etc.), driving the girls to activities, helping with doctor’s and other miscellaneous appointments, organization, being willing to travel and babysitting when needed, helping with online school work and projects (candidates may spend part of the day sitting with the girls while they are in online school), and more. 

Candidates must be comfortable around animals and living on a working ranch. A clean and current driving license is essential (a car will be provided for use on duty).
