We're looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to come in right away and contribute to our Customer Success team. This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Success and plays a key role in driving customer goals, product utilization, business transformation, and revenue expansion by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth of BriteCore’s customers.
You’ll work with a portfolio of customers, communicate with C-suite executives, and will be responsible for minimizing churn/contraction risk while driving product adoption. You’ll do this by proactively engaging with customers, providing training, reports, and other consulting deliverables.
This position is 100% remote where you’ll work from your home office and will collaborate with a remote team. You will have opportunities to visit our US-based customers on-site. While this is a remote role we are primarily looking for talent in the central time zone to serve our customers throughout the US.
