We're looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to come in right away and contribute to our Customer Success team. This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Success and plays a key role in driving customer goals, product utilization, business transformation, and revenue expansion by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth of BriteCore’s customers.


 You’ll work with a portfolio of customers, communicate with C-suite executives, and will be responsible for minimizing churn/contraction risk while driving product adoption. You’ll do this by proactively engaging with customers, providing training, reports, and other consulting deliverables. 


This position is 100% remote where you’ll work from your home office and will collaborate with a remote team. You will have opportunities to visit our US-based customers on-site. While this is a remote role we are primarily looking for talent in the central time zone to serve our customers throughout the US.


Responsibilities


  • Driving customer lifetime value by guiding clients through the customer journey; deploying programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases
  • Execution of a client-centric strategic approach to develop a trusted advisor relationship with enterprise clients by delivering quantifiable value
  • Partner with a cross-functional team (including regional sales) to understand where at-risk customers exist and formulate a plan to mitigate churn/contraction
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting trends and themes as you go 
  • Over time, develop a knowledge-base in the insurance industry with the ability to advise on strategy, planning and operations for customers
  • Representing the voice of the customer and collaborating across the organization to execute on behalf of the customer
  • Regularly communicating with BriteCore customers to understand their goals, priorities, growth plans, business structure, and how we help them along the way


Requirements


  • True love for customers
  • Desire to grow and manage a book of business in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where things are changing rapidly
  • Bachelor’s Degree in numerically intensive curriculum (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, etc.) preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate
  • Technical and SaaS experience and an ability to speak to technical customers in their language are preferred
  • Comfortable speaking at a high level with corporate executives and CEOs
  • A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
  • Ability to communicate well with individuals, teams, partners and at industry-level events
  • The skills to be a data-driven decision-maker, with a willingness to experiment and iterate
  • Understanding of the balance between internal services, and external partners and how to use both effectively to support customers and grow quickly
  • Empathy, humility and hungry to grow
  • Travel as needed (1-2 times per quarter)
