Bristol Health is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Orem, UT

As a Front Office Receptionist at Bristol Health you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that each individual feels valued and respected from the moment they enter our clinic. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

2. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing appointment reminders.

3. Assisting clients with completing necessary paperwork and intake forms.

4. Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and conducive to a positive atmosphere.

5. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and faxes.

6. Collaborating with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

7. Handling billing inquiries and processing payments accurately.

8. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times.

9. Providing administrative support to the clinical team as needed.

10. Demonstrating empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical or mental health setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Orem, UT 84057: Relocate before starting work (Required)
