Position Overview Bristol is a rapidly growing facilities and workforce management company with concentration in the healthcare and education markets and is currently seeking a dynamic Director of Operations that has the skill set and experience with (a) the management of client service delivery metrics, (b) oversight of a field organization, (c) demonstrated competency in budgeting and expense control, and (d) has a track record of intelligent revenue growth. The Director of Operations will need to be able to direct, monitor and control all aspects of field service delivery. This position should expect travel to interface with subordinates, resolve any outstanding client service related issues, understand potential legal matters and be part of new job starts.
