Functional Pathways is seeking an experienced Area Director of Operations in the South region covering Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and services to our patients in the Senior Living Industry. The ideal candidate must have multi-site management experience within the Senior Living industry specifically in the SNF setting, live within the assigned territory, and must be a Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapist to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a bachelor's or associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, PTA or COTA program.
- Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by the state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Must possess comprehensive leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies, procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Must have multi-site management experience (1-3yrs)
Experience
Required- 1 - 3 years: Must have multisite management experience in SNF settings.
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better
- Associates or better
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- COTA
- PTA
- SLP
- PT
- OT
