This Assistant Role is at our 2nd location. It is at our Specialty Clinic, "Visionary Dry Eye Institute", located at 2550 Windy Hill Rd SE suite 320, Marietta, GA 30067. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Administrative Role:

*Insurance verification. *Scheduling (evaluations, procedures, referrals). *Check-in/Check-out. *Referral/communication letter management. *Managing patient paperwork. *Post-treatment patient follow-up calls. *Referral Portal Management . *Co-manage industry vendor relations. *Co-manage scheduling equipment repairs/maintenance. *Reconcile end of day charges. *Co-manage product inventory.

Assistant Role:

*Prepping patients for procedures. *Before treatment/post-treatment patient photos *Running Inflammadry testing. *Running RF treatments. *Running Blepadex, Zest, and Lidpro treatments *Running Schirmer Score testing. *Running Omega Quant testing. *Running Allergy testing. *Running OSDI testing. *Manage medical supply inventory.

Public Relations Role:

*Co-managing Doctor-Doctor Referral program (send out communication letters to potential referral sources) *Co-managing Doctor Referral Checks. *Co-manage Fall Provider Open-house. *Co-manage Spring Patient Open-house. *Co-manage Dry Eye After Dark Seminars.
