information about the position

This position is based in Los Angeles, California and office out of the Brighton Headquarters in City of Industry.

This is a high profile hybrid role (Corporate & Field) a field position requiring approximately 75% overnight travel covering the West Coast and Midwest territories.

Qualifications:

* Experienced Leader that held Regional Sales Leadership Role

* Clientelling, boutique or cosmetics related retail industry overseeing a team of managers is a plus

* An influential leader with proven ability to drive sales and get results by motivating store staff and management through recognition and inspiration!

* Excellent communication to field management as well as home office

* Strategic thinker

* Inspirational teacher

* Initiator of ideas, best practices and strategies

Candidates must currently live within a commutable distance to our office in the City of Industry, CA ~
