BrightKey is Hiring an Office Receptionist Near St. Louis, MO

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal Receptionist candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who enters our premises. Primary responsibilities of the Receptionist include greeting guests, managing badge distribution, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reporting.Key Information:
  • Pay: $21.00 per hour
  • Benefits include:
    • Medical
    • Dental
    • Vision
    • Participation in 401k
  • Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Location: St. Louis, MO (on-site)
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills including experience with:
    • Formulas
    • Macros
    • Pivot Tables
    • Reporting
  • Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor and attitude
Responsibilities of the Receptionist: 
  • Warmly greet visitors and employees as they arrive at the corporate office
  • Maintaining quality customer service
  • Issuing security badges
  • Checking in visitors
  • Sorts incoming mail
  • Ordering supplies as needed
  • Completing other tasks that may be assigned
