As a Back Up Care Customer Care Specialist, you will start your journey in office where 100% of your attendance will be mandatory.
You will be learning all the ins and outs of who we are and the services we offer. You will also learn how to assess each familys needs and respond to them accordingly through professional and engaging conversations as necessary.
Our families depend on us 24 / 7, so our business is open 24 / 7 .

In order to best support all of our wonderful families that we support we are a 24 / 7 Line of Business. Your permanent schedule will include at least one weekend day, and will begin after training has been completed.
Training
Compensation for this role : $18.75 / hour
Compensation Range : $18.75 / hour
