As a Back Up Care Customer Care Specialist, you will start your journey in office where 100% of your attendance will be mandatory. You will be learning all the ins and outs of who we are and the services we offer. You will also learn how to assess each family's needs and respond to them accordingly through professional and engaging conversations as necessary. Our families depend on us 24/7, so our business is open 24/7 . What you will be doing:

  • Responding to inquiries from families, assessing their care needs and promoting Bright Horizons' care options.
  • Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, its mission, values and philosophy.
  • Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner as identified by service level standards.
  • Meeting minimum performance standards.
  • Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.

Schedule

  • In order to best support all of our wonderful families that we support we are a 24/7 Line of Business. Your permanent schedule will include at least one weekend day, and will begin after training has been completed.

Training

  • There will be a mandatory paid classroom training to start your first few weeks with Bright Horizons. The classroom training will be on-site at our office in Broomfield where you will be with a group of your peers learning all about Bright Horizons and the Back Up Care line of business, and all about the tools you will need to be successful in this role.
  • 100% of your attendance is mandatory and you will have a specific schedule until training has been completed. Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Compensation for this role: $18.75/hour

Compensation Range: $18.75/hour
