Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Bright team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Familiarity with working in a dental office is a plus
