BridgePoint Associates is Hiring a Project Manager Near Springfield, NY

Project Manager Urban Development and Improvement NonprofitNorthern New Jersey (Hybrid)Terrific Project Manager position with an urban development and improvement nonprofit in Northern New Jersey. The position will collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization to ensure the successful planning and implementation of various programs and services designed to revitalize the area. The Project Manager will be an integral member of the organization, providing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to the Marketing, Operations, Horticulture, and Urban Planning teams. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that projects stay within budget and provide reporting on project progress. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and have a strong attention to detail. Qualified candidates should have approximately 5 years of project management experience. Bachelor's degree is required. This position is located in Northern New Jersey and operates on a hybrid schedule. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
  • Work across departments to ensure proper planning and implementation for a portfolio of projects
  • Set project timelines, goals, deliverables, budgets, and tasks
  • Delegate project tasks to appropriate staff
  • Track project performance and provide reporting, as needed
  • Monitor project budgets and adjust project constraints, as needed
  • Provide analysis and evaluate project results
Qualifications:
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software
  • Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Ability to create project reports and timelines
