Terrific Program Associate position with a biotech research foundation in the New York City area. The Program Associate will support community engagement initiatives, primarily through the organization's STEM education and mentor program. Typical responsibilities will include program evaluation, curricula development, event planning and establishing community partnerships with high schools and other stakeholders. This position will interface extensively with internal and external partners and should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Candidates should have approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, event planning, or student & youth program management. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree is preferred. STEM experience is a plus. The organization operates on a hybrid schedule and is based in New York City. The salary range for the Program Associate position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance based bonus.
