BridgePoint Associates is Hiring a Major Gifts Officer Near Nashville, FL
- 100% Covered Health Care Premiums (Medical, Dental, Vision):Premiums are fully covered for the employee and dependent family members (this can equate to approximately $22k for families or $15k for individuals annually)

- Drive the growth of a portfolio consisting of current major gift donors and prospects
- Develop and implement cultivation strategies
- Ensure that the donor portfolio is properly balanced and can facilitate effective moves management
- Track donor communications in Salesforce
- Ensure relationship based fundraising strategies are utilized
- Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with donors and prospects
- Move donors through the fundraising lifecycle to ensure timely closure of gifts
- 3 years of related nonprofit fundraising experience, including major gifts
- Bachelor's degree or more extensive experience in lieu of a degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Experience with 6- and 7-figure gifts a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
