Our Client is a global provider of leading edge high-performance SOC and ASIC design services at mainstream and advanced nodes, including 7nm, 6nm, 5nm and 4nm processes. Their Customers include global Tier 1 leaders in AI/ML, High Performance Computing, Smartphone, and Networking Equipment.
With offices in North America (San Jose, California), Taiwan, Japan and throughout Asia and over 400 employees world-wide, they are rapidly expanding to meet the demand for their services.

Job Title: Technical SOC Project Manager
In this role you will leverage your technical expertise in SOC / ASIC design working closely with Clients to develop an understanding of their design requirements and specifications. As part of the Technical Project Engineering team you will be responsible for driving key engineering and operational initiatives from concept thru execution. You will work across internal Engineering and Business Sales/Marketing teams to help create the technical proposal back to customers as well as align internal teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver the best technical solutions to help the company win design projects.
This position offers deep exposure to industry leading technologies including: Core IP's(HBM, PCIe, SerDes, LPDDR), DFT, SI/PI, Physical Design and Sign-Off.
