Role Overview
The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for entering and managing
payables and receivables, data entry, and month end reconciliation support work.
Essential Responsibilities
* Responsible for data entry and processing of payables and receivables transactions.
* Coordinate with Finance team and Warehouse for receiving A/P invoices that need to be processed and copies of cash receipts that have been deposited into the bank.
* Review invoices for accuracy, proper approval and recording for payment; coordinate with appropriate person for check signing.
* Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
* Will report to Controller.
