Brian Trematore Plumbing and Heating is looking for someone to join our team. We are looking for a project manager that has proven experience in the field. Some of the duties are, but not limited to:

• Managing and overseeing contractors who are hired to complete projects
• Scheduling the work team to ensure that deadlines are met
• Ensuring that all permits are obtained from local authorities prior to beginning work on any project
• Making sure that all plumbing work complies with local building codes and regulations
• Reviewing blueprints and building plans to determine construction requirements
• Managing and overseeing the bidding process for new construction projects
• Managing relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Coordinating with architects and designers to ensure that design plans meet code requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
