OFFICE ASSISTANT

To assist in keeping every member of our team functioning at the highest capacity while maintaining a culture of accountability.

Deliverables:

  1. Deliverable #1: Liaisonbetween all company departments daily
  • Be a problem solver by assisting customers when they call in to our office.
  • Greet office visitors and assist them with questions.
  • Assist Team Leaders and Management with questions about company software, computers and cell phones while maintain a great working relationship with our IT company.
  • Reply to social media correspondence.
  1. Deliverable #2: Operations
  • Manage and maintain fuel logs for each department.
  • Work with our contractors to ensure required registrations and licenses are in place.
  • Ensure vehicle renewals are complete.
  • Maintain certificates of compliance
  • Handle daily Account Receivables by generating invoices and applying payments to accounts using industry specific software.
  1. Deliverable #3: Aid in maintaining Company Culture
  • Coordinate company events.
  • Update and maintain employee information board.
  • Assist with training schedules and certification/re-certification.
  • Answer questions regarding day-to-day operations
