$40,000 - $55,000 - REMOTE POSITION

COMMERCIAL LINES INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Brewton Insurance Agency is a small town independent insurance agency established in 1949. We have loyal customers who like the interaction with our agents. We offer personal and commercial lines insurance for our customers.
What We Are Seeking
Customer Service Representative needed for a busy full line Independent Insurance Agency. Applicant must be able to enter all customer data into our management system. Duties will include the completion of Acord applications, supplemental applications and certificates of insurance. Applicant will be responsible for obtaining all relevant information for each customers needs and provide this information to the agent. They will also need to be able to communicate with company underwriters and be able to secure accurate quotes. Applicant will be working on upcoming renewals 30 - 45 days in advance by gathering all needed information and working with the agents once obtained.
Job Functions
- Complete applications.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance.
- Communicating with customers.
- Communicating with underwriters.
- Gathering renewal information.
- Working closely with the agents.
Minimum Requirements
- Property & Casualty License
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Two years of prior insurance experience.
