A renowned Magnet hospital in Boston is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical/Surgical Unit. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess the patient’s needs, develop care plans, implement & evaluate nursing regimens, and collaborate with physicians, peers, and various healthcare team members. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized bedside nursing care in a 36-bed medical/surgical unit.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required within 4 years of employment.
• Active RN License
• 1 years of RN experience.

• Permanent position, 24-36 hours/week
• Shifts: Nights and Day/Night Rotation
• Pay: $38-75/hr., depending on experience, differentials.
