Brenntag is Hiring an Operations Supervisor-2nd shiift Near Reading, PA
- Be a safety leader for the facility.
- Identify any safety related issues and communicate effectively throughout the organization.
- Manage the day to day operations to include outbound/inbound package shipments.
- Coordinate with other Brenntag facilities to maintain adequate inventory.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork as per standard operating procedures.
- Complete required daily inspections & follow up on open items.
- Complete work audits coach and develop team.
- Pull and stage products for customer orders.
- Conduct semi-annual inventory counts.
- Work 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday).
- Maintain housekeeping for food grade storage compliance.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Walking or standing long stretches of time in the warehouse.
- Working with your hands to manage some of the operational demands.
