We are hiring an Operations Supervisor!

We are looking for associates and Leaders that have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk and bistro means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests as the operations supervisor you are the one that brings this group to a cohesive team focused on providing our guests excellent service while maintaining all brand standards and Concord standards. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive, and caring will make all the difference. Responsibilities:

Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.

Assist in always maintaining clean work areas.

Assist in training new team members.

Assist with monthly inventories.

Learn and use hotel reservation system and F&B POS system.

Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and endeavor to be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail.

Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.

Supervises Front Desk and F&B staff.

Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.

Keeps open verbal and written communication between management and associates.

Assists in providing associates with tools and equipment required to perform their duties.

Participate in weekly BEO meetings with sales team to ensure proper understanding and execution.

Be present and lead the F&B team for proper execution of any events.

Be present and lead the Front Desk team during high volume arrival or departure times leading them to successful shifts of incoming and outgoing guests.

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in all areas.

Make decisions on any problems that may arise during shifts worked and support associates during troubleshooting.

Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication on various aspects of the hotel operation including proper communication with maintenance, housekeeping and sales teams.

Have a thorough understanding of emergency and security procedures.

Must be able to cover any call-off shift as per proper chain of command.
