AVAILABLE SHIFTS -

• Full Time or Part Time
• Must be able to work weekends
• Year Around Position - must be able to continue working after summer is over

DUTIES:

• Ability to communicate well with and be understood by Customers and others
• Waiting on Customers - Filling Customer Orders
• Knowledge of all breads and ingredients
• Moving bakery products from cooling racks to allow space for bakers
• Packaging and slicing bakery products
• Displaying bakery products properly for the customers
• Make sure all signage is correct
• Keep entire customer area clean and organized
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Working scheduled shifts (or finding approved replacement)
• Present themselves in professional approved manner
• Maintain sanitary food handling techniques and food safety knowledge
• Keep all supplies stocked
