Brazilian Lumber is Hiring a Remote Junior Inside Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Specialist located in Miami, FL. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service in person and through phone and email, processing orders, managing accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.

  • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
  • Process customer orders, including accurately inputting orders into the system, verifying pricing and product availability, and coordinating delivery schedules
  • Create and maintain relationships with new customers by providing outstanding service, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting activities to engage with potential customers, introduce our products, and schedule sales appointments
  • Utilizing building materials knowledge, to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to customers
  • Recommend products and different product options for clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop accurate sales forecasts, set realistic sales goals, and track progress towards achieving targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the lumber, building materials or home improvement sector, such as flooring decking, tiles, moulding
  • Customer Service skills
  • Experience with client Database systems, Excel and Inventory Navigation
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
