Position Details:
As a Sales Engineer, your goal will be to maintain and grow an existing customer base with regular sales calls, time and territory management, and customer-relationship development, develop new account and meet sales goals and work with outside and inside sales teams to be the go-to engineer for product, application, compatibility, and customization questions and out-of-the-box solutions for Bray and non-Bray products.

Qualifications:

• Motivation for sales and at least 2‐5 years of successful applications engineering / sales support experience in an industrial environment, preferably in pumps, instrumentation, valves, and flow control products. 
• Ability to troubleshoot, understand customer needs.
• Customer Service focus.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University (or equivalent combination of (education and experience)
• Excellent interpersonal skills (in person and on the phone), relationship builder.
• Background in automation & control is required. 
• Must be proficient with computers and have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM systems, ERP systems, valve and pump sizing programs.
• Heat trace experience.
• Proven performance in sales, self-motivated, proficient delegator, team builder, highly energetic and have a positive outlook.
• Ability to work onsite at the office location.
