Brandywine / Retirement Unlimited North is seeking a Leave Manage Administrator. This position manages leave administration and serves as company’s labor law professional coordinating the leave requirements of federal statues — the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnant Worker's Fairness Act (PWFA), PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act (PUMP Act) and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and any applicable state laws.
Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for leave requests, work accommodations, and workers’ compensation programs in alignment and under the general direction and guidance of department leadership.
