Qualifications: Required Education and ExperienceLicense RequirementLicense to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York.Education and Experience1. Doctor of Pharmacy degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or2. Masters degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or3. Bachelors degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience.NOTE:Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
