Established in 1981, Bestcare is a Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA) providing patient care through our service offices located in each borough of New York City as well as in Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. Each office provides Home Care delivery and offers Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide training through our approved New York State Department of Health program. Our mission is to recognize the need, face the challenge and provide necessary resources to meet the health care needs of the communities we serve.
