Job Location: Omaha, NE

Job Duration: 06 months contract with the possibility of extending

Pay Rate: $22.29/HR on W2 (Without Benefits)

Job Summary

Designer with a degree or 2 years of CAD experience to support pipeline engineering and mechanical design teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The candidate will develop skills, including 3D modeling, to develop engineering drawings that reflect accurate dimensions and layouts of natural gas pipelines and facilities. Responsibilities include interpreting photos, as-built drawings, civil survey and engineering sketches to create drawing packages used for project construction. Successful candidates will learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple concurrent deadlines, have strong communication skills, work successfully in teams or independently.

Required Experience:

· 3-6 years of design experience

· College Degree or 2 years of CAD experience

· Pipeline Engineering

· Mechanical Design

· 3D modeling

· Engineering drawings that reflect accurate dimensions and layouts of natural gas pipelines and facilities.

· Interpreting photos

· As-built drawings

· Civil survey

· Engineering sketches to create drawing packages used for project construction

Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Contract, Temporary

Pay: Up to $22.29 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Mechanical design: 3 years (Preferred)
• CAD: 3 years (Preferred)
• 3D modeling: 3 years (Preferred)
