Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description:
· Define the project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the end user computing team and the business stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain the project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
· Coordinate and communicate with the project team members, the IT infrastructure team, the IT security team, and the business stakeholders to ensure that the project requirements are met and the project issues are resolved.
· Manage the project execution, monitoring, and control processes, including the change management, risk management, quality management, and communication management processes.
· Ensure that the project deliverables are tested, validated, and approved by the end user computing team, the IT security team, and the business stakeholders.
· Ensure that the project deliverables are deployed, transitioned, and supported by the end user computing team and the IT infrastructure team.
· Prepare and present the project status and performance reports, including the project progress, issues, risks, and lessons learned, to the senior management and the project stakeholders.
· Conduct the project closure and evaluation activities, including the project documentation, feedback, and improvement recommendations.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
· At least five years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT domain.
· Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
· Strong knowledge and experience in end user computing solutions, including the management and deployment of desktops, laptops, mobile devices for windows, mac, ios, and android systems.
· Strong knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, IT security, and IT service management.
· Strong skills and experience in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
