BraggHospitality is growing and looking for a Front Desk Manager with IHG experience with minimum 3 to 4 years as front desk agent or 2 years as Front desk manager.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional guest service, resolving complaints and assisting with special requests.
- Manage guest relations to ensure a positive experience throughout guest stay.
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Train new employees, supervise, and schedule front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage individual and group reservations, process payments, generate reports and assist management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with IHG is requiered.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff members.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and maintain composure under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and on call.
