S.P.A.R.C , which is a Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectadysummer program located at the Rotterdam Clubhouse, is looking for Counselors who assist in the overseeing, supervision, participation and safety of a designated group of campers. Have experience working with youth and recreational programs. Ability to relate well with children and peers. Willing to learn and take directions.

The summer season runs from July 1st 2024 till Aug 23rd 2024.

Weekly Schedule: Monday- Friday, range 8:00am-5:00pm.

There will be a mandatory paid training prior to summer start date that all personnel must attend.

Daily tasks include:

Providing youth with feedback and guidance

Supervision of campers

Participating and engaging in activities/specialty's

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years olds

Ability to be physically active

Experience working with youth is preferred

Have the ability to communicate positively with diverse age groups.
