Boyne Resorts is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator | Full Time Year Round Near Lincoln, NH

Overview

  • Organize the Team Member Services office to implement team member benefits and dependent pass privileges, time cards, name tags and the Team Member Ski Voucher Benefit. Handle for both winter and summer pass privileges and benefits.
  • Monitor ICIMS and other recruiting sites to provide applicants to managers for review.
  • Place job advertisements as requested.
  • Assist with International J1 and H2B applicants, systems, agencies and process.
  • Work closely with HRC’s on a variety of projects and keep HRIS systems and policies updated, as required.
  • Update HR guidebooks as needed and provide training on HR systems and WordPress-SharePoint materials.
  • Serve as a back-up resource to Human Resource team members for general office coverage and a variety of HR projects.
  • Must be reliable, and able to interact with guests in a friendly manner. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Member Services:

  • Prepare team member services for yearly seasonal pass set up and processing. Review system(s), ROL’s, forms, process, dates, product set-up, fulfillment procedures, order nametags, train assistants for processing.
  • Update team member services guidebooks and procedures.
  • Greet team members and administer the team member Season Pass, time cards, name tags, and the team member ski voucher/pass benefit.
  • Ensure all forms are complete, work with Point of Sale system, collect money and prepare cash out daily.
  • Communicate with HR regarding team member pass and dependent issues.
  • Enter team member information in the RTP system, print pass media as necessary.
  • Responsible for all team member and dependents signing Release and Waivers prior to fulfilling passes and collecting helmet and binding checks.
  • Input team member information in system, create reports as needed.

Human Resources:

  • Assist with job sharing in a variety of HR projects such as: UKG, spreadsheets, data entry, surveys, onboarding and separation forms, hiring fair, appreciation events, uniform inventory, HR winter and summer stats book, open enrollment, employment advertising, rent deductions, update Icims jobs, assist with worker’s comp, audits, and HRIS updates to comply with policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for TMS, recruiting functions, HRIS system upkeep, training on systems and training materials.
  • Maintain coverage in the Human Resource Office as needed including greeting team members and guests, answering phones.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Consistently provide good guest service as set by Human Resources Standards .Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing in the HR Department and throughout the Resort.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY:

  • Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and Loon Resort guests at all times.
  • Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate manager.
  • Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.
  • Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.
  • Drive in accordance with the law and Loon Resort policies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily team member services operation.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient Microsoft office skills required and experience with guest service.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Combination of education and experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel. Previous office administrative duties preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, write, and speak effectively.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Basic math skills are required.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding and to solve practical problems.
