Chef James Boyce is looking for a talented Chef to lead one of our teams here in Huntsville, Alabama. His storied career as Executive Chef & Owner of Boyce Concepts has earned numerous awards and accolades for our four locations, and we are looking for the next Chef de Cuisine to join us in our continued success.
We expect a creative, skilled, and motivated Chef de Cuisine to head and enforce our expectations. The Chef should be prepared to run kitchen operations, including but not limited to hiring, managing, training, and scheduling staff, creation and implementation menus, setting business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction, daily procedures, managing inventory and resources, and maintaining established cost and sales goals. The Chef de Cuisine should also take initiative to get any job done to serve customers and support co-workers.
