A leading healthcare real estate company in Jupiter, FL is seeking a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial operations and maintaining the financial health of the company. With a primary focus on accounts payable responsibilities, you'll manage a higher volume of transactions across various entities and companies, requiring exceptional attention to detail and precise coding.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Process approximately 200-300 checks per week for accounts payable
- Enter accounts payable data into the Yardi system
- Handle the 1099 process for vendor payments
- Facilitate immediate check runs for projects as needed
- Maintain cash balances and manage check runs
- Generate minor reports relevant to the role's responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain a dynamic understanding of multi-entity processes and approval procedures
- 5 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in real estate, construction, or development fields is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
