A family-owned jewelry company based in Artesia, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! They are looking for candidates with 3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable and excellent organizational and time management skills. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to process invoices for three jewelry stores.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000 DOE
Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices for three jewelry stores, entering the amount of sale and the product category
• Preparation of checks for internal and external payments
• Managing data entry and weekly meetings with the owner
• Maintaining accurate accounts payable documents and vendor account reconciliation
• Managing credit card receipts and ensuring they match with the statements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or very similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in handling multiple entities

• Strong ability to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
