HCB Health is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for a FreelanceAccount Supervisor with pharmaceutical advertising experience, to develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies for our clients and maintain a complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment and brand goals. Our company is now successfully working remotely and therefore we are open to locations throughout the United States. Responsibilities include:• Execute strategy, provide brand stewardship, and maintain strong client satisfaction on assigned brand(s)• Communicate client needs to all cross-functional partners, ensuring projects are on brief and in line with brand strategy• Effectively present the agency’s recommendations, points of view, and or maybe strategy documents to clients, taking a leadership role in their preparation• Work with Project Management to provide accurate and timely product forecasts-while seeking supervisor’s input on critical situations or changes• Ensure that team members know and follow established agency account procedures, including but not limited to account files, approval process, and status reports• Develop presentations to sell recommendations to client(s) in conjunction with senior account leads• Lead regular meetings with internal team to discuss client issues, opportunities, and work in progress.

• Responsible for managing a full client vertical and/or campaign in conjunction with senior account leads

• Supervise and motivate account group team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction• Support and/or lead team or agency initiatives as assigned

Qualifications: • 5-7 years previous experience in medical marketing or agency experience, with 2-3 years experience in pharma
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Solid business writing skills 
• Experience working with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel 
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience working on digital projects or accounts with strong digital focus
• A proactive person who can multitask
