POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Marketing is a creative leader and a core member of the Marketing Department at Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Manager will be responsible for maintaining and refining a high-performing, data-driven, culturally sensitive email marketing program for Boston Medical Center to reach a variety of audiences including patients and referring providers. The manager will ensure all necessary components of the strategy are successfully incorporated and implemented (i.e. measurement reports, testing strategy, scalability, process improvement, data collection, lead generation, content development, etc). Collaborating with the Senior Manager, the role will drive and maintain the overall strategy, processes and frameworks for brand-level and department-level email campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge and demonstrable experience in email marketing including campaign and program planning, deliverability, copywriting, template design, execution and data analysis.
The ideal candidate is a strong team player, multi-tasker and project driver with experience effectively leveraging external partners and team members with varied skillsets to support email program requirements and ability to scale. An efficient project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this manager is also able to support and lead brand-level marketing campaign work in a fast-paced environment.
