You Have:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the software development life cycle
Experience with presenting to key project stakeholders
Experience assisting with managing project budget
Ability to lead team members, including mentoring and training
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience with managing IT projects, or 7 years of experience with managing IT projects in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the Salesforce platform
Experience with supporting the VA or Federal Government
Experience with supporting Healthcare IT projects
Experience in technology leadership, including Lead Architect, Lead Consultant, Manager, or Software Development Manager
Experience managing a performance-based task order
Knowledge of government contracting
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
PMP Certification
SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
