Key Role:
Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience with managing an IC program
Experience with managing complex and large contracts, including subcontract management
Experience with managing software development teams
Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile engineering and DevOps
Ability to manage Agile development to support Government requirements and on-the-job Agile methodology and requirements management
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Management field, including Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Development, or Information Systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with managing an IDIQ contract
Experience with cloud computing technologies and IC ITE services and environments
Experience with Space Ground System solutions
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
