You love planning ahead, way ahead, and how to overcome any obstacles that may arise for a project. While you are organized and detail-oriented, you can also see the bigger picture, and you are a champion for team morale as much as a champion for process.

  • Strong, diplomatic communication skills, both verbally and in writing, encompassing the ability to collaboratively draft various documents such as production briefs, technical documents, estimates, quality assurance plans, and more.
  • Should be comfortable being client facing and engaging multiple groups within the client’s organization, leading coordination for larger projects.
  • Possess excellent skills in engaging with clients across different levels and functions, while also adept at managing client expectations to ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate creativity and proactive problem-solving skills while possessing Project Management knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques: scope management, risk/issue management, change management, team communication, cost management, project planning, and budgeting (forecasting, tracking, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of project timeline and scope management, along with the capability to create and oversee schedules and resource plans, adapting as needed throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and self-organizing approach, taking ownership with a strong sense of urgency.
