Our Servers must:

Be Clean, work clean, wear clean clothes, and keep our facility clean.

Be Transparent with their works & actions. If you do not know, ask. If you do know, share.

Be positive, have fun & bring your positive attitude with you to CAFE BON BOUQUET MIAMI every shift.

The Server will:

Excel in quality guest service with a can-do attitude and charming demeanor.

Be attentive to the flagging system and attend to the needs of the guest.

Take orders from guests.

Follow the Steps of Service

Prioritize and enact food & drink safety as outlined in the Policies & Procedures.

Communicate with BOH staff to ensure readiness of guest’s order.

Bring food and drink to guests.

Interact with TOAST to enter orders accurately and timely for guests.

Be prepared to answer guest questions about CAFE BON BOUQUET MIAMI

menus.

Bussing tables and placing dirty wares at bussing stations and dish area.

Assist in general upkeep & cleaning schedules of the bar and the FOH.

Report to Manager or Lead for all responsibilities, questions, and concerns.

Skills necessary to the job function are as follows:

Guest Service.

Floor attentiveness.

Memorization of CAFE BON BOUQUET MIAMI products.

Ability to stand or walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds.

Understanding and compliance with company policies.

Finding and assisting in money-saving alternatives.

Supporting and maintaining the Core Values of the business.

Competencies necessary to the job function are as follows:

Teamwork with Management, BOH and FOH Team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.05 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
